Ценностно-смысловая сфера личности осужденных за коррупционные преступления:
теоретико-эмпирический анализ
Аннотация
Необходимость настоящего исследования обусловлена важностью изучения ценностно-смысловой сферы личности осужденных в местах лишении свободы. Особую актуальность представляет изучение ценностно-смысловой сферы личности осужденных за коррупционные преступления. Эмпирическое исследование было проведено в апреле 2024 года в специализированной колонии строгого режима УФСИН России по Ставропольскому краю. В эмпирическом исследовании приняли участие 103 осужденных указанной колонии из числа осужденных за совершение уголовных преступлений в сфере коррупции. В результате психологической диагностики было установлено, что доминирующей психологической особенностью осужденных за коррупционные преступления является эгоцентрическая направленность их личности. Они характеризуются стремлением к выгоде, престижу и успеху и при этом не ценят других людей, вне зависимости от их близости или принадлежности к какой-либо группе. Спецификой ценностно-смысловой сферы осужденных за коррупционные преступления являются достижение, власть, гедонизм. Осужденные данной категории ориентированы на достижение личного успеха через проявление компетентности, стремятся к обладанию контролем над людьми и ресурсами.
