Оценка способности детей к обману и сокрытию информации при проведении Statement Validity Assessment
Аннотация
В статье рассматривается вопрос развития у детей понимания феномена обмана и способности скрывать информацию, учёт которых необходим при оценке достоверности показаний детей в рамках методики Statement Validity Assessment (SVA). В ряде стран (например, Германии и Швейцарии) SVA является основой судебной психологической экспертизы достоверности показаний. Развитие способности обманывать и скрывать информацию в настоящее время связывается с развитием модели психического, и, следовательно, оценка достоверности показаний в рамках SVA предполагает также и учёт результатов исследований модели психического нескольких последних десятилетий. При проведении СПЭ достоверности показаний эксперту следует учитывать как аномальное развитие модели психического, которое, например, имеет место у детей с расстройствами аутистического спектра, так и различные социальные факторы, которое оказывают положительное или негативное воздействие на становление модели психического у детей с нормальным развитием. Знакомствос результатами исследований модели психического, владение инструментами диагностики уровня развития модели психического представляются сегодня обязательнымиусловиями оценки достоверности показаний.
