Российская молодежь как группа риска вовлечения в экстремистские и террористические структуры: пути снижения виктимности

Аннотация
Публикация посвящена проблематике вовлечения молодежи в террористические и экстремистские организации, которую актуализирует то обстоятельство, что эффективные способы противостояния этому явлению недостаточно проработаны в научных исследованиях, не в полной мере изучены подоплека и характер этой деятельности, ее содержательная специфика и методы противодействия ей. По результатам исследовательской работы сделан вывод, что первым этапом формирования единой и универсальной системы борьбы с такими криминальными процессами должно стать устранение пробелов и лакун в национальном законодательстве, а последующими – разработка комплексных криминологических программ в области молодежной политики и нейтрализация основных причин, по которым молодые люди соглашаются сотрудничать и пополнять ряды экстремистских и террористических объединений. Реализация этих мер приведет к снижению виктимности российской молодежи, постоянно находящейся в группе риска вовлечения в деятельность подобных структур, а также будет способствовать становлению общей системы виктимологической профилактики в Российской Федерации.
