Хищения бюджетных средств с использованием служебных полномочий в Республике Беларусь: виктимологическая сторона проблемы
Аннотация
В статья рассматриваются хищения бюджетных средств с использованием служебных полномочий в Республике Беларусь и непосредственно виктимологическая сторона проблемы. Автор статьи делает ряд выводов: о наличии и содержании официальной доктрины о хищениях с использованием служебных полномочий и некоторых ее положений, касающихся хищений бюджетных средств, о наличии более объемной научной доктрины о хищениях бюджетных средств с использованием служебных полномочий; о дополнении типологии (структуры) виктимности хищений бюджетных средств с использованием служебных полномочий в Республике Беларусь классификационными признаками, еще более точно отражающими процесс виктимизации (отрасль виктимизации, место виктимизации); об особенностях виктимизации хищений бюджетных средств с использованием служебных полномочий в Республике Беларусь (о виктимизации в различных отраслях, объектов в городах, селах и поселках, находящихся в различных областях республики и ее столице и др.).
