Когнитивные ошибки сотрудников органов внутренних дел с разным уровнем информационно-психологической уязвимости

Аннотация

Рассмотрены результаты эмпирического исследования взаимосвязи информационно-психологической уязвимости с когнитивными ошибками сотрудников органов внутренних дел. Отмечается, что в современных условиях оперативно-служебной деятельности чрезвычайно важным качеством сотрудника органов внутренних дел является информационно-психологическая устойчивость, недостаток которой проявляется в информационно-психологической уязвимости, крайним выражением которой является информационно-психологическая виктимность. На основании полученных в ходе исследования эмпирических данных показано: чем выше информационно-психологическая уязвимость, тем более выражены у респондентов когнитивные ошибки и ниже критическое мышление; характерными когнитивными ошибками у сотрудников органов внутренних дел с информационно-психологической виктимностью являются катастрофизация, выученная беспомощность и преувеличение опасности; в зависимости от уровня своей выраженности критическое мышление может являться условием информационно-психологической устойчивости (при повышенном уровне), а при экстремально высоких значениях, приводить к когнитивным ошибкам, повышая тем самым информационно-психологическую уязвимость сотрудников органов внутренних дел.
