Заслуженный деятель науки Российской Федерации, доктор юридических наук, профессор, эксперт Совета Европы, Комитета ООН по предупреждению преступности и уголовному правосудию; член Американского криминологического общества, Академии уголовной юстиции, Всемирного виктимологического общества.
