Victimogenic Behavior of an Underage Victims in the Mechanism of Committing an Intra-Family Crime
Abstract
The official criminal statistics on criminal assaults against children are shown. Violent and mercenary specifics of intra-family crime of the given category are reflected. The features of victimogenic behavior of a child in the family are presented. Legal categories such as "the mechanism of committing a crime", "victim act", "the mechanism of victim act" and "the composition of victim act (behavior)" are considered. The considered legal categories are interpreted in the light of family relations in which a child becomes a victim of criminal assault. The concept of "victim act of a child in the family" is revealed, the elements of the composition of a victim act are investigated, namely: object, objective side, subject and subjective side. The positions of scientists on the classification of conflict situations associated with increased victimization of victims are reflected.
